That sounds good Chris. I had my aluminum trim pieces de-anodized and then polished so they look very close to stainless steel now. I didn’t have them re-anodized so they will always be polished along with the stainless steel. Let me know the price for the 3 pieces.

Thanks

Hey Dave,

I will be getting in a bulk order in 2-3 weeks that will have enough sets where I can break a couple up and sell the individual pieces. I will keep you posted on that.

@02bumpers Chris, any updates on the install videos and documentation?

Also, would love to see and hear from anyone who has installed the latest, revised trim sets. How did they fit? Any issues with install?

Thanks, James

Would also like to hear from someone who has installed these before ordering a set of trim.

@Mario Falfan is very happy with the new stainless steel belt line trim he got from 02 Bumpers! Mario developed a method to install the door trim pieces to the OE plastic clips. image.gif.4fa5b6e9efe93f7a98079e88cdf613d1.gifimage.gif.3e0b95a7e859df859a403f3d5666bd85.gifHere is what he did:

Lift the hood to the open position, put some household oil on the track of the stainless steel trim, replace the old plastic clips with new plastic clips and slowly catch each clip till you get to the end, be nice and insert the provided metal tab and the nut at the end of the door, center the trim piece as needed and your done!

Here are the pictures of his upgraded stainless steel door time installed:

Thank you @Mario Falfan!

Do you have any used chrome bumper sets available in good condition?

thanks, Steve

Hey Steve,

I might have a set of #2 chrome bumpers (not stainless steel) that I can dig out. I'll snap some pics and get at you with pricing. Are you looking for a shorty set? You can email me at chris@02bumpers.com

Anyone else instlal the belt trim?

Contemplating these or the newly-introduced aluminum trim that's almost half the price.

Robert,

Show us the new aluminum trim. I’d like to check them out as well...
