Look what showed up in the UPS truck today .... and the paperwork said gift so I don't think I am going to get an invoice from UPS for customs brokerage and duty ... and USPS is so nice to offer flat rate boxes for heavy items! So figure $30 for domestic shipping incl. insurance. Those that signed up for one, please confirm that you are good for the $530 and get those checks coming! (I will provide address via PM). R

According to the manufacturer, they are "high nickel nodular iron" castings, which makes them "vibration resistant".  And yes they do come with the block off plate and a gasket as shown in the photo. But I am out, so you would have to go direct to the guys in  Serbia.

A "Kangaroos Team" manifold has made its way to Malaysia & here's a visual comparison versus an old cracked original:

As others observed, the heat shield mounts are missing and in addition we have a wastegate flange and a big kangaroos logo instead of the BMW gobledegook. The port sizes are very similar to the original manifold, if anything slightly larger ~1mm. The big difference is the mounting stud holes...the original has holes in the 11-12mm diameter range to suit the turbo's M10 studs & bolts, whereas the Kangaroos manifold has 9mm holes to suit a standard 2002's M8 exhaust studs. Is there enough meat to drill them out to 12mm?? I would say yes (and the vendor said yes it would be possible)...but I haven't done it yet.
