Offset question ET39...

Recommended Posts

Hello.

I searched and searched and could not find an exact answer. I'm looking at MB wheels that are 14x5.5 with an offset of ET39.

Will these fit? Planning on running 185/70R14 tires. Thanks in advance...

Paul,

Before we even get to offset, are you positive these rims have a 4 x 100MM PCD (lug pattern)?  On 14" Mercedes rims, I've often seen 5 x 112.5mm but I'm not certain which models used 4 x 100mm.

Regards,

Steve

Unsure of exact bore size. Wheel is also set up to handle 4 x 114.5. Center cap is in place in photo...

Very interesting, Paul!   So drilled for 4 x 114.5 AND 4 x 100.  Do you know offhand what MB model they are targeted at -- I still can't think of an MB model that takes a 14" 4 x 100 rim?  Could the 4 x 100 drilling be intended for an e30?

Thanks and regards,

Steve

Sorry for the confusion. MB is the manufacturer, made exclusively for Discount Tire/America's Tire. No affiliation with the German car maker. This is an older wheel by the way.
