Who are you? What do you drive? Where are you located?

I'm in the DFW metro area and I have a 1973 BMW 2002 painted Sahara. I bought this one earlier this year from the original family in Granbury and it has spent all of its life between Austin, Dallas and Granbury. It's a solid car that presents well. It might not be the most exciting 2002, but it makes a great occasional driver and periodic tinkering project for me.

Inka + Plasma cutter = missing floor

First time using the plasma cutter.... Very cool tool!

5 min to cut out the floor. The trick now is to re-weld the new floor in. BMW2002faq has plenty of guidens. I

1. Cut out sheet metal from a doner car

Greg in North Dallas. Snatched my current '02 from the flood of 76's pouring out of Cali circa 2005 due to the smog law changes of the time.

Freshened the engine bay with a rebuilt engine - pretty much left the rest alone..
