  1. Hey all, tried searching for anything and everything I could find on this common issue but I can't get any turn signals to work for the life of me. The car had no flasher relay in it, I hooked that up, and pulled the hazard button and all four blinkers and dash warning blinks perfect. However, when I try a signal, left or right, nothing blinks or clicks or anything. Tells me the stalk may be bad but I tried all sorts of wiggling, tracing wires, and diagnosing that and no luck. I also tried doing the on-street parking lights to leave one side on at a time with no key and no luck there either. Also tells me stalk related. Anyone got anything good to check? This is a near stock '68 1600 so the stalk doesn't have an all in one plug-in like my '72, each is a spade on the stalk itself. Please let me know if anyone has any insight. Thanks![/b]
  2. Hey all, anyone got an extra mechanical advance dizzy so I can get rid of this vacuum operated distributor and points? I have Pertronix ready to install and I am ready to buy a distributor. Please email me at M20Curtis1 at gmail.com, thanks!
  3. I have a couple extra white ones if anyone wants one. I sold you all my orange ones so let me know how I can help!
  4. Any updates on this showing the all metal Civic radiator hooked in? Would love to see it shiny and completed.
  5. All out of orange and now found 5 white ones. Anyone interested in a white? Going to have to do $10 for 1 or 2 for $12 because I found these way across town trying for a new Inka hotwheels honey hole. No luck on orange but good pickins on white!
  6. Time, time, and more time... if only I had more of it. Once I get the shop up and running we can have to most killer 2002 meets ever seen at it if you guys want! I can't wait!
  7. I found mine but paid $61. $66 and I will ship it out USPS Priority to cover shipping today! PM or email me.
  8. Too bad you are so far away but I would love to help on another m20 turbo 2002. Mine needs a friend!
  9. Actually Ray was nice enough to create a custom one of my 2002 with my wheels and setup since he already had the Turbo design and the Inka color figured out from other boards. See below: http://www.bmw2002faq.com/component/option,com_forum/Itemid,50/page,viewtopic/t,365020/highlight,/
  10. Looks great, I am still thinking of a good way to mount my Inka 02 board and my Alpine E30 board on the wall; and even more importantly, how to get Ray to build be an E46 board to finish my garage!
  11. Sounds about the same here, I just finished up recently getting an E30 M3 motor rebuilt and that whole car up to speed. I got it as a pile of parts and she is now running around, cold a/c, new stereo, and a million other new bits. I also bought a house a couple years ago so have that fun as well when cars aren't enough. My '02 runs but has an oil leak that drips on the exhaust and I think it's from the headgasket honestly so I don't drive it much. It still makes power but the e bottom end with i top end is just too low of compression once off boost. I have another M20 that I am tearing apart this week and going to rebuild and swap in hopefully shortly. Hope all is well and we can both eventually have a turbo 2002 Florida meet again soon!
  12. Hey Kurt I hope all is well and the new motor is a monster! I finally learned to shift slower and let the boost do the work for me and now am finally about to build a real motor with studs, a multi-layer gasket, and a better tubular manifold to get to some real numbers. I look forward to getting together sometime soon and seeing your ride again after so many years. Boost on and let me know when you ever get up to Orlando to go for a ride or drive!
  13. I can also help with that stuff or anything '02 in Central Florida. I'm even more partial to help another orange one!
  14. Looks like I am going to have to find some more. I am going to send out what's sold and will touch base with the rest of you to get payment and sell every last one of them. Enjoy! ****Emailed or replied to everyone asking for payment directions or questions and I am sending out the three people that paid me already today. Thanks and I will keep searching for more if the demand keeps up. 6 left and those all look sold too if the payments come through. Glad to help this great '02 community!
  15. Hey all, took me forever to get my hands on one and now got a dozen in one grab. Anyone for an inka 2002 finally made by hot wheels, just pay the shipping and $1.50 to cover my cost and to your collection as I finally have! Any way I can help the '02 community! Email me at M20curtis1 @@ gmail.com
  16. Got it together with my E30 board, now to just talk Ray into a sweet E46 m3 board and I will be complete! Sorry for the crappy cell phone pic, good pics once mounted!
  17. Just got in my custom skate deck from Elefant Supply and MAN IS IT AWESOME!!!! I can't give enough thanks to Ray on how amazing this came out. He helped from day 1 to make sure it was to my liking and it came out exactly like I wanted. --A true enthusiast out to help the 2002 crowd! -Curtis
  18. We need to find them and rip their fingers off! They better not try and get into mine!
  19. This motor has the factory tii pistons, basically a fresh clean rebuild. Stock rocker arms and springs and fully rebuilt head by a local Machine shop here that does great work and we send all BMW engines for refreshing. Greg should have receipts but I do not have the exact list any longer. I will have to check on the timing chain specifications or Greg may have pictures from when it was apart. The chain is new and sprockets were in excellent condition. Valves were adjusted when built, shortly after, and then Greg keeps up full maintenance to keep the motor in spec. Parts I did were a new oil pump, water pump, rings, bearings, head rebuild, and any and all gaskets and seals. You won't be disappointed for a clean nice tii motor!
  20. This is THE M10tii motor to buy! I can definitely vouch for Greg's care of this car and motor and can assist in any tests needed on the motor a buyer would like to see. I can also remove and install it in your car however needed as well here locally. Please feel free to contact me with any mechanical questions on this motor and enjoy a new fresh heart transplant in your tii!
  21. I definitely look forward to this! Especially knowing all who is who again!
  22. Sorry, I don't recognize the screenname; who did I install sways on an e46? I can't wait to hear and must be losing my mind; I am trying to get more active again in the BMW world after a hard few years and now working on a round headlight / 2002 based shop to keep them alive as well!
