    Special Delivery from Germany! My euro spec 1967 1600, 6volt.... matching #s in Derby.... restored 8 years ago in its beautiful original glory! VIN # 1514011 I am the 4th owner of this stunning car, which really doesn't need any restoration at the moment... I hope to share this journey with you as I start to preserve this vehicle by maintaining it to be period correct and all original.... Tesoro is super happy to have someone to play with!     That last comment was not to prove anything... nor was I offended... I posted his response for others who didn't know about forum etiquette for classifieds and it's likely a matter of personal opinion for both seller and buyer... I'm not here to step on anyone's toes ...but clearly.... there are plenty of others who hadn't known about this way of responding to ads... I don't know why this had to be raised 'after' the fact that the seller publicly posted that I had got to them first with a PM... I've been on this forum for a very long time... back even when it was 'roadfly'... and this is the first time someone made a comment about classified etiquettes.... Therefore, I saw that Mr. FAQ Commented about this particular issue and I reposted it... YMMV....

    I didn't know there was a sales/buyer etiquette.... I pm'ed the seller... he responded... if there was a 'line forming', I would have respected that. Is this a rule in the FAQ? (Also, I responded literally within a minute of the ad going up)

    The Front Hood emblem with the raised lettering is still available from BMW... The rear roundel was not remanufactured with the raised lettering, plus it has this purplish color to the blue... So I restored my rear roundel to the exact color match... Here is my process from my blog if its any help.... ( I used the new front hood roundel and put saran wrap over it to color match the testor's color for the rear roundel in the second pic)

    Hi there! I didn't have a discount code for the dizzy... it was actually from the manufacturer that if you bought 5 of them you get a discount.... I bought one as that was all I needed and paid full price for my dizzy. I think you may have referred to the discount for the LED tail lights that I did in a group buy just recently... ?

    Great Job with the Chamonix! Where are you located? I find it amazing that people from all over have gotten a glimpse of Tesoro and are following our story... ! So cool to hear that Tesoro has helped motivate you to finish your project! (But are our projects ever finished??) Thank you for expressing your admiration... Its truly a huge compliment!

    I am very pleased with the 123Bluetooth Distributor recommended by 2002 Garage Werks! Tesoro fires up nice and strong every time! Plus, having it bluetooth, the settings are always at your own fingertips! Love this new upgrade!
