  1. I would say loosely bolted up and then attach the brake lines. Also maybe don't tighten down any one line until all lines are threaded and started. There will likely be one that doesn't want to thread, just be patient and don't cross thread anything. Also that master cylinder is renowned for getting air trapped in it if you don't bench bleed it first, however i don't really like having brake fluid leaking all over the place while I'm trying to install it because i bench bled it first. On my last install, i installed it dry, then cracked each line slightly and pumped the pedal forcing air and fluid out of each connection and then retightened each one. Worked pretty well and didn't have too many problems with air in the system afterward.
  2. I think that is the stock plastic linkage that crack and got smeared in metal epoxy putty. I remade that linkage using 8mm ball joints and a stainless steel rod cut to length and then set to factory length per the manual. Amazon.com WWW.AMAZON.COM 503 - Service Unavailable Error WWW.AMAZON.COM
  3. ^ he means the entire body of the car is the negative, there is no need to run a negative cable all the way to the front of the car. Even if you want a charging port in the engine bay, you can connect a negative port directly to the fender in the engine bay to jump/ charge. Like my setup.
  4. Your black and blue are reversed. Red and Black, run to the coil + & -. Blue ground to the chassis firewall with a bolt.
  5. If the car currently runs, you can just use a sharpie or tape to mark where the rotor in the old distributor is pointing (in relation to the distributor body), then pull the old distributor, stab the new distributor such that the rotor points the same as the old distributor, put the cap back on and the car will fire up. Then you can fine tune it with a timing light.
  6. I have a AF gauge and when I set the linkage per the manual, I was lean 14-16. I reset it, keeping tension on the linkage while pinned, which biases it to open more, and the AF went to 12:1
  7. What sort of timing do you have programmed into the 123?
  8. Yeah, start by wire brushing the all connections, these copper connections can get a bit crusty over time.
  9. Sell your high capacity radiator for $375-$400 that way your net out of pocket is only $200 Dont let $200 stand in the way of AC in Texas! Do you have your original radiator? My 72tii radiator was AC compatible and i sent it to the radiator shop to be cleaned, repaired and painted for $90. It works amazingly well with my AC setup.
  10. Yes you need a different radiator or you need to modify your existing on. The bottom hose outlet will run into the AC compressor, you need an angled bottom hose outlet to clear the compressor.
  11. Which fuel pump do you have? The pressure regulator will help but its best to just start with a 2--4psi pump
  12. Here is the tank you want Fuel tank 51 Ltrs. with European ECE homologation for 2002 tii ( only for bolted-on suction/discharge unit, not for Touring models, not for 1974-1976 US spec. models) you need 1 for 1 car WWW.WALLOTHNESCH.COM Fuel tank 51 Ltrs. with European ECE homologation for 2002 tii ( only for bolted-on suction/discharge unit, not for Touring models, not for 1974-1976 US spec. models) you need 1 for 1 car
  13. Are you sure the nozzles aren't blocked. they get crusty on the inside.
  14. Here you go 503 - Service Unavailable Error WWW.AMAZON.COM
  15. Agreed. a crack in the elbow above the MC wont likely let air into the circuit and bleeding is not necessary. Be careful with the pressure bleeder, i actually blew the clutch line off the clutch master from the pressure bleeder since its just a press fit in.
  16. Yes plug it. Should be able to find a metric bolt with a copper crush washer that fits and seals. That is either a M12 or M14. Measure and buy a plug https://www.ebay.com/itm/184363804862?itmmeta=01HTQ7EZKGDDN6SRWASR8X9S72&hash=item2aecf068be:g:G-AAAOSwC-tfDWar&itmprp=enc%3AAQAJAAAA8LTqLIOeSydj54ImKkSXM1UaQlRvi9zwfD1dtz560vy6vJoMMEaWZzDgwq1x6BAAvYYm2yGCquAld8jFS3P7IE2UMQdP9n0SyCVQ3QG1gtMnEPFhTIsQ06GFKQhIQEnqaEVeOf8Rj9t5VRieNibKxQjme9ZRlMk5LOae4eUEfy7B%2BVIdJ4dryyLsZAdlyTUv10AYwCQQ0DD%2FzcFaZD9umfHqDMSdx4w3gETrUo7KTS0mc%2B3RTYnyTwn54HR8r1RB41n0K4QEVwkPFk8A9lCNSpUhakG749TWOgE3QGBNKY7bpzH6BiMrwkjbz042TMnjMQ%3D%3D|tkp%3ABk9SR_D5u-fVYw https://www.ebay.com/itm/256437500344?itmmeta=01HTQ7G7QB5TX0M1VS66M5S8VJ&hash=item3bb4ddb9b8:g:KJ4AAOSwAyBfWqCn&itmprp=enc%3AAQAJAAAA4PRKPKn71xAsNcBcXxe4lUQwD2v47XPL8zYkbvURF%2FzgYgfVSI46Qw9vgDjBSJKVD%2F5ly3EMnGvNmmfF5EYR%2BzG83bZaI4L6GYOzRL8JjDRBIVnPgEvzvOgS3ep1SSCcl50LjMkdIPapdmhNG7I1xguDJUg9y8HWd0jSM7Ob0B%2BNKcbwVD55yASa32m2oMUNaPZWVjQtb6vzAohul%2FtQOnVT9wMtLuiAvdFGl2GxrbuBOM9GeExAHGZk7iwwsKLrN2BVV2tJa3ewL%2BAxCk2WgxtvkHUfBqjAVC5eqSEeyp%2Fz|tkp%3ABk9SR-L7wOfVYw

  18. Don't be afraid to chat with Zoom Zoom. When I ordered, they contacted me and let me pick my stich style, perforations, mix and match vinyl styles ect. They probably fully aware of original interior colors and vinyl and can help match what you want.
  19. Here is Zoom Zoom ebay store https://www.ebay.com/str/zoomzoomzooming
  20. When the engine is warm, are the choke plates fully opened at all times? they should be.
  21. Seems like the thermostat is not opening.
  22. Looks like there are 17 x 6.5 grommets and 22x7.3 grommets.
  23. I had the exact same problem. Slowed me down a week not having the grommet
