  1. Price reduced- 250 plus shipping. Andrew
  2. I put a completely rebuilt motor in the car last season, broke it in over 500 or so miles and put a total of 3500 miles on it. I changed the oil after about 50 miles to get out an possible debris left behind from machining. So here the rub; I was doing some winter maintenance on my 02 which included an oil change. I have a magnetic drain plug and when I removed it I found a tear drop worth or stuff which I can only describe as having the appearance of anti-seize. I very fine metallic goop if you will. I think this is due the rings and cylinders wearing in but I like the hear what you guys think. See images below Thanks, Andrew
  3. Just upgraded to bigger front brakes... Includes: Hubs Drilled and slotted rotors Wheel bearings Stock Rebuilt calipers Dust caps You will need the thrust washer and nut. Located in CT; $125+shipping for the package. Email Geraci2002ATgmailDOTcom Thanks, Andrew
  4. I just reupholstered a pair and this is what I salvaged. Entire passenger side material is in good shape, no rips or cracking. Some of the driver side material Some foam and an additional headrest from a different Recaro. The passenger side bolsters could be used to replace torn drivers side bolsters and would match original material. Asking 100+shipping for all. Email geraci2002ATgmail.com Thanks, Andrew
  5. I don't. There is no label on them and it is one of the few thing I reused from the car when I bought it. They are very supportive and they do lock you into the seat Andrew
  6. These were in my car when I did the restoration, however I just installed Recaros. They come with seat tracks and mounting brackets and do position the driver on center with the steering wheel. The brackets use the existing 02 mounting holes. The drivers seat has a 1/4" tear in the upright Asking 275+ shipping Email me at Geraci2002ATgmail.com Thanks, Andrew
  7. Pulled from a 75. It's an 8.5/10. It has 3 imperfects in the dash pocket described below. 1. A 1.25" crack on the side wall going up the cluster wall. See image 2. A 1" crack in between rib 1-2 running up the inside front wall. See image 3. A 1.5" spot of damage between rib 2-3 near the inside front wall. See image None of the three imperfections are visible from the drivers perspective and Imperfection 1 is the only visible form the passenger side. Its pretty nice for almost 40 years old. I was planning to keep it as a backup for my car but have decided to let it go. $200 plus shipping or would trade for an 8/10 pair of euro turn signals Please email at Geraci2002 AT gmail.com
  8. Looking for a inexpensive set, preferably on the east cost or local to CT. Please email: geraci2002ATgmailDOTcom Thanks, Andrew
  9. The jack form a 944 works great. Its made of aluminum , is a scissor type, folds up small and will work on the rockers, frame rails or sub frame

  12. I'm sorry, the motor sold. If there is anything else you might need I live outside of new haven and have many spares.

  14. I pulled this out of a 75' 02. The motor and transmission have 121K on them. Complete with a Weber 32/36 downdraft.. Even compression in all cylinders registering 115 psi cranking/cold; would probably be in the 120's once up to temperature. The transmission went into all of its gears without a problem. I did not see any smoke after having it running for 10 minutes or so. The motor will need a water pump since its bearings feel a little crunchy but it does function; keeping the motor cool for the 10 minutes I had it running. I gave it a quick degreasing and power wash after removing. I also removed the AC compressor and air pump. This would be a great candidate for a daily driver or someone who needs a temporary set up while they rebuild a motor. Reduced to $500 OBO, I want this out of my garage! Video of it running available upon request, please contact me at Geraci2002ATgmailDOTcom Located in CT; pick up only. Thank, Andrew
  15. You guys are right, it should only move a little bit since it is keyed; however I don't want to over tighten it. Should there be no lash in the wheel? Thanks, Andrew
  16. The manual say the washer should be able to spin.
  17. I have new wheel bearings in the front. I installed them to the procedure in the manual. I can barely get the washer behind the nut to move. With the car on the ground if I grab the wheels at the 12 o'clock position and shake it fairly hard I can feel some light movement and here a little noise. Its definitely coming from the wheel area. The rest of the bushings in the suspension are new as well. Is this normal? Thanks, Andrew
  18. I purchased and IE mechanical distributor with petronix pre-installled. When I run the car I get a slight miss. I noticed that the gap between the magnet ring and sensor looked large ( .065"). Shouldn't it be around .030"? Could this cause a miss? Thanks!
  19. No idea what this is worth; make me an offer if interested. Email: Geraci2002ATgmail.com Thanks, Andrew
  20. Hood from a 75'. The rust on the inside is surface rust, no blistering of the edges. Hoods are becoming rarer in New England. With a soda blasting or wire-wheeling would be a good candidate for a restoration. Asking $350 OBO, local pick up. Please email me at Geraci2002ATgmail.com Thanks, Andrew
