I just reupholstered a pair and this is what I salvaged.

Entire passenger side material is in good shape, no rips or cracking.

Some of the driver side material

Some foam and an additional headrest from a different Recaro.

The passenger side bolsters could be used to replace torn drivers side bolsters and would match original material.

Asking 100+shipping for all.
