  1. Pulled from a 75. It's an 8.5/10. It has 3 imperfects in the dash pocket described below. 1. A 1.25" crack on the side wall going up the cluster wall. See image 2. A 1" crack in between rib 1-2 running up the inside front wall. See image 3. A 1.5" spot of damage between rib 2-3 near the inside front wall. See image None of the three imperfections are visible from the drivers perspective and Imperfection 1 is the only visible form the passenger side. Its pretty nice for almost 40 years old. I was planning to keep it as a backup for my car but have decided to let it go. reduced $250 OBO plus shipping Please email at Geraci2002 AT gmail.com Thanks for looking, Andrew

  3. I just pull this out of a 75' 02. The motor and transmission have 121K on them. Complete with a Weber 32/36 downdraft. Good even compression in all cylinders registering 115 psi cranking/cold. The transmission went into all of its gears without a problem. I did not see any smoke after having it running for 10 minutes or so. The motor will need a water pump since its bearings feel a little crunchy but it does function; keeping the motor cool for the 10 minutes I had it running. I gave it a quick degreasing and power wash after removing. I also removed the AC compressor and air pump. This would be a great candidate for a daily driver or someone who needs a temporary set up while they rebuild a motor. Asking 600 but flexible. Video of it running available upon request, please contact me at Geraci2002ATgmailDOTcom Located in CT; pick up only. Thank, Andrew
  4. This is what I did with mine. If you buy the T fitting for the rear carb you can put low pressure fuel line in series.
  5. Looking for a set that need to be reupholstered. Located in CT. Thanks, Andrew
  6. Hi, I just installed an MSD 6AL digital in my 02. It works great except I have no tachometer. MSD offers a tachometer adapter which I think I need but my dad's 02 has a tachometer reading w/o the adapter. He is running the old analog 6AL which maybe why is works and mine does not. Also we both have have petroinix in the cars. Is anyone running a new digital 6AL and if so did you need a tach adapter? Thanks Andrew

  8. Can someone tell me where I measure the open position float height from on plastic floats? All images in the manual are vague about where to measure the 25mm open position from on the float. Thanks, Andrew
  9. Hello Everyone, I put the question out there a couple of weeks ago regarding a popping out of the exhaust on decel. I got an a lot of responses saying it was an exhaust leak. Well, I checked the entire system including the header to head and no leaks...sigh. Any other ideas? I am running dual sidedrafts (55f8 idle and 125 main) with an ANSA system and a IE mech advance distibutor with petronix. Thanks, Andrew
  10. Anyone know the best tire size for a car no flares and slightly stiffer springs? Thanks, Andrew
  11. Any thoughts on what might be causing a popping noise out of the exhaust on deceleration. Runiing sidedrafts and an ANSA system. Thanks Andrew
  12. I have an IE mechanical advance distributor with pertonix in my car. I have a slight miss at idle and I've changed the wires and plugs. I would like to rule out some sort of fault in the distributor by swapping it out for a known good distributor. Does anyone have one in CT that I could borrow. If it turns out to be the issue I would be interested in buying the distributor. Thanks, Andrew
  13. Do you have to remove the rear cover to get to the internal snap ring?
  14. I am going to replace the seals on 76 3:90 diff I just bought. The manual shows bolts that pass through center the output flanges which hold them in. Mine have no bolt in the centers. Does anyone know if they are held by the seal flange? Thanks, Andrew

  19. Hey Everybody, I have come to you guys before with weber DCOE questions and have always gotten great feedback. Heres one more. I have brand new 40 DCOES on my 2002 with a stock cam. The car idles OK and has great power from 3000 RPM and up. However its stumbles and the motor rocks quite a bit coming off idle and up to 2500 RPM. Timing is good, fuel pressure is good and motor has good compression. Plud look great (slightly brown) Carbs are jetted: 130 main, 180 air correctors, 200 needle valve, F11 EM tubes, 30 main venteries and 4.5 aux vent., I also have velocity stacks. Any help is greatly appericated Thanks Andrew
  20. My email is in the posting, feel free to email me if you're interested in purchasing the carbs. Andrew
  21. ITEMS SOLD Purchased these about a year ago but could never get them to run right. They most likely need a rebuild by some who has more Weber experience than I do. The guy before me had to re-tap a plug because the original stripped. Other than that they are complete, matched and Italian made. They are configured with: 115 Main 45f9 idles 200 Air Correctors F11 Emul. Tubes 30 Chokes 4.5 Aux. Asking $240 plus shipping. Email: Andrewgeraci1 AT hotmail DOT com Thanks, Andrew
  22. I torqued them to 56 ft*lbs. Do I re-torque them with the motor cold? Also do I just continue to 65 ft*lbs or do I loosen each one and re -torque to 65 ft*lbs? I should also mention that the gasket brand was Goetze (seemed to be prefered over Victor Rienz), and it was the thicker version (1.8mm I think). I also have a very slight oil weep from the front edge of the gasket on the carb side which I hope a re-torque will address. Thanks, Andrew
