  1. Are all the hoops facing up? Did you use old liner as template? I'm assuming the roof is similar to my NK coupe, where the rear panel gets attached, and then the whole thing pulls forward to swing the hoops up and take out the slack. Your's seems to be drooping.
  2. pictures of the headliner would be useful....
  3. I would adjust the center of gravity before anything.
  4. Errr.....they're stored horizontally while in the car for 50 years.... i suspect the reason is less shelf space per stored crank. Earthquake could be a probem. You'll be fine. I would use an oil fog spray myself.
  5. don't E3/E9 arms do the same thing?
  6. I'd be checking the carbs for leaks. top and bottom. What are you using for fuel pump? Pressure regulator? And the fuel line from pickup.
  7. "You're only supposed to blow the bloody doors off!"
  8. I'd still check the fuel pickup filter and see what the gas looks like in the tank. Ethanol doesnt age well.
  9. Wow. Don't forget to torque lower shock nuts on ground.
  10. One more thing - don't loosen hinges too much. Just enough for jack to move door with pressure.
  11. I used jack under the rear edge, tape measure. Loosen hinges, jack, tighten. Then sort out latch. What about the shims?
  12. If it's a ti, that changes the equation a bit. Does it have a serial number? Looks like the seller bought a drum of white paint. And is very pleased with the rear end.
  13. Adjuster bolts slacked off? Are they turning nicely?
  14. Compared to the alternatives? I sure wouldnt use the floor mounted original.
  15. What is battery voltage? And at starter? Age of battery?
  16. Have you checked voltage at the battery?
