    Terry Sayther's Spring 02berfest is at the end of March. This years Spring 02berfest is scheduled for March 22nd -25th. A caravan of 02s and various vintage BMW's will leave Terry's shop in South Austin on Thursday, March 25th and head out to Fredericksburg. Friday will consist of taking in some sites, museums and lunch. I assume that Saturday will start with the group breakfast at the Hanger Diner followed with a sweet drive through the Hill Country, lunch and back to the hotel. The Peach Tree Inn is "headquarters" and has rooms blocked. Last Fall all blocked rooms were accounted for and 02rs had to use other hotels. Some 02rs have been known to drive out early Saturday morning and make a day of it. The Fall 02berfest is the last weekend of October and will have the same 3 day set up unless Terry decides to change it up. Last Fall's event had a big showing and was a fantastic time!

    ATX area BMW 2002 & Vintage BMW C&C is this Saturday, December 16th at Mozart's on Lake Austin Blvd. As usual, we'll meet at 8am until around 9:30am-10:00am. We tend to have about a dozen of us head over to Maudies Tex-Mex for some breakfast. The last couple months we've had a new 02 or vintage BMW shown up. Last month we had two new ones make it out. Then the following week I had two additional local 02rs contact me. Not a bad problem to have! ? If any of y'all happen to be in Austin this weekend swing by and say hello! Greg Resa

    Had my 76 over at Barney's this past weekend and replaced Stella's starter. Barney installed a new water pump on one of his 02s and Ed continued to work on rust replacement and body prep on his 1967 BMW 20000cs Coupe. Good time with good friends and vintage BMWs!

    Will have to reach out to the owner as I'm not familiar with this 02. It's certainly never made it to one of our Austin area 2002 Cars and Coffee events. Ed Z, Barney and Jason aren't familiar with it either. Perhaps Terry is... I'll certainly reach out to the seller and see if I can get some info and invite him/her out to our C&C that's scheduled for this coming Saturday.

    Thought I'd share a few pics from our Fall Texas 02berfest hosted by Terry Sayther Automotive and Vintage Bimmers. Shout out to Terry and Debbie for all the work they put into making this such a great event! This was my third 02berfest and am already looking forward to my next!
