It's in Fort Worth not Dallas(not the same city).
There will be a Club Race, a DE, an auto-x, a street survival school and a concours, plus some other stuff.
The DFW area has a large contingency of E30M3s and non-M E30s. There are quite a few 2002's as well. So it definitely wont be 'all new stuff'.
The Club Race, imo is definitely worth coming for. There will be several big players from the West and East Coasts coming out to race. Evosport, a bigtime California race shop is going to be bringing several cars out, including Holder's 600hp E46 turbo, a 3.4 S54 M3, and a 600hp S62 E90 (if its ready) just to name a few. Watt's is bringing his amazing CM E36 as well. There will be a plethora of nationally competitive IP and JP cars as well.

The autox will also be awesome. Most people are used to small tight courses. Not out here. We usually run our autoxs at Mineral Wells, an abandoned helicopter field. Course layouts are usually around 2 minutes with speeds near 100mph most of the times. A bit different from what most of you are used to.
I think it's well worth your time, especially if youre in Houston, its only a 4hr drive.
