The plaque on one of the pics says it was done by Styling Garage in Germany. I remember that they used to do a lot of customized Mercedes, Porsches, etc (many with gullwing doors) back in the '80's.

If I had the means. . .I would purchase that car and leave it as is. Oh, I would most definitely drive it, as I believe in cars should be exercised regularly, regardless of value. That's the most unique street M1 I've seen--the mods are very cool and period-correct. I love it!!!

Driver's source is just down the street from my house. I've looked at this car, and it looks nicer in the pictures (condition wise anyway) than in real life. Don't get me wrong - it's a nice car, but it's not perfect.

I didn't ask them what they wanted for it while I was there.

This same place also had a Porsche GT2 that was supposedly owned by Jerry Seinfeld.
