Wiring for clock

The Grey wire is for the clock light and is dimmable just like the other dash gauges.

You might find a rubber plug on the back of your instrument pod (see attached picture).

This is the plug for the clock (red, brown, grey) and the light is tied into the existing dimmer circuit.

PS: I made my 3-pin connector out of a trimmed appliance plug. The 3 pins on the dash pod are "almost" straight.

I used the 3-tab connector under the dash for my extra gauge lights.

7(a) is the connection to use for dimmable lights (connected to the rheostat in the headlight switch).
