My question would be, what has changed since the car was vibration free?  I'm assuming this is your car, you put the new tires on it, then had the vibration.

Those kind of things I would have attributed to partially seized UJ's in the driveline or bearings in the diff, but since you've sorted all of it...difficult to say. Bad guibo? Ive never understood rhe sequence of all the parts that link the guibo to the driveshaft (bolts, spacers, inserts, nuts), but can they be assembled without the proper inserts?

Can you tell if it is road speed or engine speed related?  Can you feel it in the gear lever?

Probably need a trip under the car to see if any thing is touching something it shouldn't.

Something touching the body? On my car I once had an AC hose transmitting vibration to the inner fender, just the hose-run looping and touching...temporary fix of stuffing a piece of foam between the hose & the body proved the point.
