+1...very popular swap back in the day, before 3 row core radiators became available.

 

The rockers appear to be a little rusty--if it's just the outer rockers and not the inner frame rails, and the rear wheel arches are intact, it looks like a fun car for someone to drive now and work on the body as they have time/inclination/money. 

 

I drove my '69 around for 4-5 years in many shades of primer as I re-did the body a little at a time while taking evening auto body classes at our local vocational high school.  Learned a lot too!
