Phenolic spacer source?

Anyone know where I can buy a bakelite spacer to isolate Mr Solex from Mr Manifold? Thanks!

Presume this is for the 2 barrel Solex (also works with the 2 barrel Weber).  If it's not available from BMW sources (like Blunt Tech), you just might be able to find one from a company specializing in vintage Ford parts.  Pintos (when they weren't exploding) used a Holley-Weber carb that was essentially identical to the 32/36 Weber we all know and love (the jets interchange).  They also used that phenolic spacer that you seek.  I doubt if you can get parts that old through Ford dealership channels, but I'll bet there are actually Pinto parts specialists out there.  Worth a shot anyway.

Steve at BluntTech sourced me one of these a month back.  It's the exact shape of my early original Solex carb and intake manifold connection, which is not the same as the picture of the rectangular one from ECS Tuning.  Stay away from ECS Tuning regardless based on a more recent thread.  I had a few warm start issues over a couple months this spring.  Since adding the spacer, I've had none.  But the sample size is a little low to draw any conclusions yet.  Cheap and simple to install though so I'd do it again.
