How's the color look to you guys? Looks a little dark in the pictures or is that just me? I'm planning on meeting his friend to take a look.

It looks like the picture was filtered to enhance the image and possibly a variation on Inka (metallic?), but looks nice.  I wish they hadn't deleted the waist trim on the repaint, it would really set that paint off.  Still, a smoking deal at $7800 if it checks out, (rust, mechanicals, etc.).

Good luck,

I agree with you there. Wonder how hard it'd be to put it back, would be worried about messing up the new paint. I guess you could always put non-OEM trim with some 3M tape/adhesive.

People rave about the stick-on trim options.  I would go that route, cheaper and less risk to messing up the new paint.

Looks like it might have begun life as an Atlantic car.  I can't read the VIN but the 2-piece dash with "Rear Def" at the lower left corner of the instrument binnacle screams 1973, consistent with their claim.  Obviously side marker lights, side marker reflectors, rear reflectors, beltline trim, and knee trim have been stripped, and a pre-April '71 rear bumper has been installed.

Regards,

Steve

Not particularly impressed with these photos.  They leave me wondering if even the most basic of maintenance, e.g., an oil change, was being performed.  Quite frankly, the saying "lipstick on a pig" comes to mind...
