To Straighten Or Not To Straighten...

Have any of you had experience with wheel repair and specifically rim barrel straightening services?  I have a set of BBS RS's that have a little seasoning in them and whilst they roll smooth you can see the inside side / diameter has a warp in 2 of the 4 wheels.

Is it better, cheaper easier to replace the barrels or have the existing wheels straightened?

I have never had to do this or even consider until I watched mine rotate out of round... Thoughts?

Look into wheel refinishers, they may be able to straighten them. I had one with a slightly bent barrel fixed.

If you have a good, inexpensive strightener near you, get 'em rerounded.

But if it's going to be silly money, then new makes more sense.

There you go.
