Regarding the 320i, it could be cheap transportation. The key word there is cheap.

Perhaps a decent example...77 was the 1st year of mfgr of the 320 and not the best in my opinion. I regret to admit that I sold my 2002 for a 77 320i back in 81. First car that I ever financed. I had many problems, and damn near gave it away. Took me almost 20 years to get back into a BMW. By now, hopefully, all of the bugs should be worked out of this blue one. It is 34 years old...Personally, I'd spend $4k and find one that someone has about $7k in, and a wife that wants it gone...or a an E30 318i ...In your area, the difference between a $2 and $4K car should mean the difference between 'needs work' and 'daily driver as is'.... I've always liked the styling of the 320i, looks sportier than it is. One of the more underrated BMWs.

It comes with a parts car minus the engine too. The car's faults are a little rust under one of the taillights, and the center console is missing/broken.

1975 was the first year for the E21. It arrived in US in 1976 as a 1977 model.
