  4. Awesome custom deck! Thought about doing a slammed 2002 with BBS RS deep dish gold centres?? Id love to cruise around with that on my rear parcel shelf or something.
  5. Im sure we can get together a small group - maybe head to the Yarra Bend boathouse and do the road along the river for a bit of fun I'll shoot you an email
  6. Don't see why not - pretty sure they'd have a bigger engine bay than the 02.
  7. Have just listed on fleabay. Will post to the US. Couple the manifold with the GT2860RS turbo i mention and you're well on your way to a nice M10 turbo motor! Only reason for sale is I now have a built motor inc. another manifold and I'd like to put the money into travel. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/190588551611?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
  8. Mine are just an OEM lens with 'stained glass' paint sprayed over them. About $13 from your local. They are still holding up well to the elements - car is parked outside 100% of the year and its been a LONG time since I did them. All red SQUARE tail light lenses aren't 'euro spec' lol Also - im yet to see a set from that ebay seller who does the clear/red lenses in this particular style that I did mine in. Why you'd pay his asking price as well is beyond me when all it costs is a couple of bucks for a can of stained glass paint! (and by the sounds of the above post, you'll have a better fit if you keep your OEM lens too!)
  9. Looks like a respray considering the belt line trim has been removed.
  10. Rare car - nice find! Give it a tune and enjoy driving her. Recaros and belts are an upgrade.
  11. Long story short, I no longer have your email but am keeping an eye out for a second italian turn sig to complete your pair! Can you please shoot me an email so I have it again? And anyone who can help out - looking for a single LHS (if you are driving) italian turn signal Tom
  12. Looking good Kris! Gosh it must be nice to not have to strip the car down and do all the paint prep!
  13. Cool story. You have what I'd call a perfect mix of mods for a nice street car Cameron. Maybe just a BBK and I wouldn't change a thing!
  14. I concur - would love to see a build thread so we can follow and enjoy the progress with you!!
  15. Slightly damanged but i can't imagine it would be hard to repair with a bit of fibreglass. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/BMW-2002-2002tii-tii-1602-1600-Zender-front-spoiler-/190579589826?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2c5f6dc2c2 No shipping - located Melbourne
  16. Alpina 15x7 wheels (x4) - 4x100 stud pattern (suits: 2002, e21, e30, early VW golfs) I lusted after these for years - only selling to free up space. Can also supply 2 x basically new 195/45r15 Nankang NS2's Excellent condition but if I was picky I'd rub them back and give them a fresh coat of paint - no major damage / curbing contact via: tommozza@hotmail.com
  17. Todd might be a bit busy for the next few weeks - Just got engaged (not to Biscuit.. haha)
  18. Unique and cheap don't really go hand in hand. If they are cheap, everyone has them. You want unique with a nice lip, look at some of the HTN wheels. The reason people run staggered setups with BBS is because they are a 3 piece wheel so its do-able and you can spec it almost any way you want. Not so easy to do with a cheaper alloy wheel which will usually only give you 1 or 2 options. Another staggered option is Alpina 15x7, 15x6 or 16x7, 16x8. Again, not so cheap (and not particularly unique)
  19. That came out amazingly well! Really looking forward to seeing the finished product on the tee now.
  20. Just chiming in my support for what will no doubt be an awesome build!
  21. yeh - most of us are in Vic. Skippy the bush Kangaroo (Andrew) would probably be the closest in Brissy. Hope you had a great trip!
