  1. I've complained about IE before. My orders are screwed up 50% of the time. I ordered their headlight adjusters and headlight covers a couple weeks ago. They took three days to ship, meh could be better but I was in no hurry. Everything was correct and the order was packed really well with all items sealed in clear envelopes with plenty of bubble wrap. Was nice to see, hopefully they have turned the corner and are back on track.
  2. Weichers Sport strut bar would be my guess. Had mine powder coated black. They come red.
  3. Noico and Kilmat are much cheaper option. They come in sheets. https://www.amazon.com/Noico-deadening-automotive-Insulation-dampening/dp/B00URUIKAK/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&linkCode=ll1&tag=soundproofliv-20&linkId=6ed04d6a0dbb8799d0deec5dc47be842&language=en_US
  4. Not really for this thread and a bit off topic but my 28yo Son is tying up some fender flares on a Grand National.
  5. I have zero photoshop skills, I guess I need to buy some software for my MacBook. 35 7/8 is the Liner. The door is 37 3/8. This is off the top door fastener hole.
  6. I tried to center the liner and short on both sides. The top door fastener hole is actual 37 1/4 inches and the liner is 35 7/8 wide. So approx.1 3/8 short. The height looks correct. Door handle holes are centered but you can see where its already short at the window crank.
  7. Has anyone tried their door liners ? Mine appear to be at least a inch short.

Because way to bright at night and no LED for the alternator which I have changed out. Been very happy with them also have the NAPA relay.
  9. What jets are you running in the DCOE's ?
  10. BluntTech has them https://www.blunttech.com/shop/replacement-parts/engine-electrical/W0133-1625492-BRM https://www.blunttech.com/shop/replacement-parts/engine-electrical/1424btkt
  11. I used Wurth Silver wheel paint couple months back on my spare tire rim. I didn't use a clear. $27. a can but sprayed on really nice.
  12. Mine turns 49 today May 24 1973 original color Riviera. Was out a couple hours in it today.
  13. Joe said he would go after the super wealthy.
  14. Guibo installed, nuts are all on flange side. I appreciate all the info and insight from everyone. I did use @2002#3 instructions mostly. Drives nicer than before and got rid of a slight hum. I wouldn't want to do this on side of the road that's for sure. Checked out all the pictures on my Son's facebook looked like a great Vintage. Always next year.
  15. Have all new hardware and going together now. Old hardware was a mismatch of 8.8 bolts and a couple nylock nuts. Center bearing had a bunch of mismatched washers.
  16. Doesn't look near as bad off the car as it did on. Parts should show up Friday. Guibo bolts felt a lot tighter than 49 lb.ft. if that would matter. Guessing 10k to 20k miles on it.
  17. I have some Speedhut gauges and the quality is beautiful. Not cheap for sure but worth it for sure I think. You can design them almost anyway you want.
  18. I did order guibo and hardware from Blunttech. I did not over night it. After a long conversation with everyone at home we decided to call it and not go this year. We've been super busy the past month, Vintage race weekend, moving my 28yo into his first house and we did Mid Ohio Imsa event this past week end. We're all exhausted and an eleven hour car adventure is not easy for me any more. I'm doing much better health wise but some of this stuff still just kicks my ass. I'm some what disappointed. I do like beer, cars and good people but there will be other great events. Thanks to everyone for all the info, insight and help. The faq never fails. I'll be reading up on the proper way to get it all installed correctly. Safe travels
  19. I couldn't agree more I planed on doing this two weeks ago but life happens.
  20. Thanks for all the info and insight on this. This is PO work so will check it all out. I did a quick and dirty level check with my iphone to get a general idea of alignment. Never done driveshaft alignment so will read up on it. Bottom of trans case was a -2° and driveshaft was at 0° if that's even a proper way to measure. The center bearing looks really good and diff looked pretty squared up. I was getting a slight whine lately which I thought might be a wheel bearing just starting to go. There was/is no vibration in the driveshaft that I could tell for what thats worth. Will also get new bolts they appear to be mismatched and check out proper direction.
  21. Are you saying I have a mis-aligned driveshaft ?
  22. Thanks guys figured as much. Checking on parts now.
