  1. Filter/screen clogged. F/line flattened.
  2. If it has strong loctite you might need to heat it up.
  3. Does g/box have oil in it? Check gear change lever support parts - should be firm. Is brake caliber loose? Strut leaking oil? Strut collar nut tight? Strut upper mount ded?
  4. Iirc there is a small step so it won’t go further than that.
  5. Sounds like worm gear has too much play. Of course examination of innards & rebuild would cure that but adjusting top screw just enough to take the play off when full lock left or right might be (short term) answer.
  6. Or maybe metal seal under fuel delivery valves? page 13 top left BMW 2002 Tii Kugelfischer Guide.pdf WWW.SCRIBD.COM This document provides a summary and historical context for a fuel injection system manual originally created by BMW for their 2002tii models. It details the contents of the...
  7. Not knowing the track profile but I might consider a small overfill with motor oil. Flashing oil pressure light is something one want’s to avoid.
  8. Thx. Fun - yes. Monovipers on both cars. Tommy has one from fiat uno i think and mine (white car) is sourced fron citroen bx (has integrated washer tube thingie). And no, they don’t swing fully but swings enough thou. Uh aero test data, uhum err hmm. Is secret. No. Can’t speak for Tommy but mine is butt feel & lap times (for now atleast). Haven’t recorded (video) about vortex generators operation. I did try but then there was other issues and never had time to do that. Now my mini camera is obsolite so yeah, need new camera etc.
  9. At the Alastaro race circuit with Tommy. Feeling alive again 😊
  10. Compare sealings left & right side at hinge side. Looks some weaving in picture. Might hinder movement in the end of closing. Also hinge pin might be bent.
  11. I did mine with bondo (and had same doubts). Surprisingly it have hold better than i expected. Flexpaste sounds like a good idea. I might try that when it’s time to do another.
  12. Custom washer, long nut - turn first couple of mm’s round to clear the pipe. Ugly but works.
  13. Yes well was trying to be funny. Was referring leg muscle performace (squat - execise, 1 Repetition Max weight). I know my legs are weak (chicken style) as i don’t work em like i should.
  14. Sounds like u need new healthy gear box. Or you need to give curent one attention and love.
  15. Has your squat 1rm dropped? seriously, check this out: and 02 booster does not boost that much imo.
  16. I had such a leak nearly same place. Since head was due to be worked i had it welded.
  17. Tire profile is bit high to get all out of suspension response but that is not the intention here so lets go with that. Some thoughts, thinghs i’d like to address 1. Front camber. Too little & uneven. Aim to 1-1,5 neg. 2. Front toe. Set to zero or a tad toe-out. You’ll find it turns better. Start there and adjust to personal taste (tyre wear). 3. Rear camber. If acc.traction is good then leave, if more traction is preferred maybe little less camber. 4. Rear toe. Axle wants to go left. Don’t like it. Set so that both are little in toe-in direction. Start there to play.
  18. Iirc 46 mm valves fits to 44 mm seats.
  19. Seal the substitute cap with something perhaps?
  20. Check for air leaks. Check what voltage your fuel pump see too.
  21. Valve seals leak starts slowly. Sudden & that much oil - may have to dig deeper. Comp. test would tell something. Any noises?
  22. Ok so I shoved tiny o-ring in stud cavity and smeared some Loctite SI 5910 to finish it off. Looks like it's holding. Thank You fellas.
  23. Mitä aktuaalista vittua?! Perkele! First I thought that dist. bracket/leg/thingie gasket had given up. So I changed the gasket and the thingie just to be sure. No avail. Last two head bolts, in this case arp head studs, that are not under valve cover. The upper one lh side leaks oil from thread (after the nut) enough to require action. So how do I fix this?
