  12. @Conserv ----- The BMW 2002 tii US VIN 2760407 was manufactured on January 03rd, 1972 and delivered on January 10th, 1972 to the BMW importer Hoffman Motors Corp. in New York City. The original colour was Polaris metallic, paint code 060
  13. I have 1972 TII with VIN 2760407. I have not reached out to BMW yet for build details.
  14. Burndog -- I like all the recommendations above. You absolutely have to take well lit photos of the underneath of the car on a lift. Photos of underneath while the car is resting on its tires will not suffice. Now, lets hope BAT accepts your car. Good luck -- David
  15. Hans -- Thank you for the additional details regarding your wood wheel. After a quick Facel Vega search, I see your wheel. I also have the exact wheel from your bottom photo and it is a jewel of an item. Good luck with your sale and forgive me for stating your wheel may be a reproduction. David
  16. Hans -- You have a very pretty steering wheel. I thought that all real Nardi steering wheels of this age had aluminum in the center of the diameter of the wheel. I have also never seen the imprint on the spokes as your wheel has. Are you certain this is not a reproduction wheel?
