  3. This seems like a nice example of an early 2002. Maybe it is just me, but it seems like the underside of the car has been patina'd to look dry and original. The more I look at the photos, the more I see that is unoriginal. Is it just me or does anyone else see a light coating of light paint to make it look dusty?
  4. That is like opening up a tomb. Cool stuff! Glad you were finally able to open the trunk up. It could have looked much worse.
  5. Wow! Great responses from others. I guess I'm not the only one who enjoys the "Projects" Any idea what the BMW sticker is to the right of the shift pattern on the dash of my first photo? Also, here is another photo from my travels.
  6. How about some photos of cars that are too far gone to be put back on the road? I'll start.
  7. Message sent regarding manual

  13. I am probably going to regret this, but I need to gather some funds to finish the restoration of my early Porsche 911. Wheels are in very nice condition. Size is 13x5.5. Price is $950 shipped CONUS, $850 local pick up in Seattle.
  14. Well, I was saving this wheel for a project but am in serious need of extra funds to finish up the restoration of my early 911. Wheel is in excellent shape. Price lowered to $800 + shipping from WA.
  15. Darn -- That is a really nice original car. The one I am looking at has a bit more patina. Great score! Thank you for posting the photos.
  16. Steve -- We need photos or it's not real. I had a 76 Auto and really liked how it drove. I am now pursuing a 73 Auto, but have yet to pull the trigger. I am looking forward to hearing the rest of your story. David
