  1. Yeah, I know, but the bleeder valve seems to be seized and with it broken I can get the extractor bit in a good position because the strut and other brake components are in the way. I have to take the subframe down to get a good position in it. So with it down, might as well rehab the whole thing...LOL
  2. Did a search but no luck. Here my situation. My driverside rear bleeder valve has broke and with not enough of it sticking out to grab with some vice grips. It seems to be rusted in there, which is why I imagine broke while trying to take it off. So, I have now decided to rehab the whole rear subframe, brakes, bushings, etc. Looking for a write up with detailed info on how to remove, and what should be replaced while off. Im going to do the brakes and bushings, and whatever else is recommended. It has a long neck diff, was wondering if there is anything different about removing the rear diff as opposed to a NON long neck diff ? Advice, links, info is greatly appreciated.

  4. Thanks for input guys, i think i may go ahead and have them sand blasted and primed and i'll paint them.
  5. was browsing through all the previous threads, write ups and what not. for the money, value, and quality should I : have my wheels sand blasted (professionally), then primer, paint and finish them myself ? (rattle can) or should i have them sand blasted, and powder coated. just my regular steel wheels, 13"inchers, with the small dog dish caps nothing special. Just wanted some opionions. I guess im just worried about them looking funny if i powder coat them and they look wrong.
