What specifications are you running for Cams?

I'll be running a 292 in my turbo car, which probably isnt hot enough for your application.

Well that 292 is like changing from a original camshaft to another standard :)

Whats you're hp goal? Personal I would never put in a softer cam than 304. And what managmentsystem are you going to use?

I used a old motorsport cam, 328/328 100 loobseparation and 12mm valvelift. Going to test a new custom camshaft with 13mm lift, also going to develop a turbo camshaft with over 14.5mm lift, that Im going to test when my dyno arrive that I have ordered. :)

Still much more work to make that m5 fit on the car trust me...

Well 300whp that depends on you're driverstyle and what clutch you're going to use. Also many start launches from 0 with jumping tires will make that lsd short life. Do you have a newer than 1973 or older? On the older ones you and 350+hp will twist the shaftbearings splines and lose you're backwheel (not that fun tho) after -73 they are stronger (induction hardened)

But i'd say go for it, but keep in mind it will not last forever :)

So a quick question, would a e21 LSD hold 300whp? Obviously the M5 diff will hold 2 times my power goal, but I don't have the ability to fab up your setup.

Kpolito99 was running 300whp with an e21 LSD using a quaife unit inside, if you find one of his for sale ads and PM him I'll bet he can tell you more. It also depends on the tire's wear rating. With some 400a all seasons it would probably be ok but 100a DOT legal race tires, probably not, especially with launching. Rolling onto the power reduces stress quite a bit, hence why the Nissan GTR's tranny blows up after ~50 launch control launches yet can still put down super fast nurburgring times lap after lap.

Real dragrace tires are often better than lowprofile streettires, like MT ET Stees or ET Drag for example with a metallic core. When the tires ar jumping when launching you have about 5-10 times the moment from the engine in the driveline, and that will brake just anything.

BMW Neue Klasse - a birth of a Sports Sedan

Unveiling of the Neue Klasse Unveiled in 1961, BMW 1500 sedan was a revolutionary concept at the outset of the '60s. No tail fins or chrome fountains. Instead, what you got was understated and elegant, in a modern sense, exciting to drive as nearly any sports car, and yet still comfortable for four.   The elegant little sedan was an instant sensation. In the 1500, BMW not only found the long-term solution to its dire business straits but, more importantly, created an entirely new

History of the BMW 2002 and the 02 Series

In 1966, BMW was practically unknown in the US unless you were a touring motorcycle enthusiast or had seen an Isetta given away on a quiz show.  BMW’s sales in the US that year were just 1253 cars.  Then BMW 1600-2 came to America’s shores, tripling US sales to 4564 the following year, boosted by favorable articles in the Buff Books. Car and Driver called it “the best $2500 sedan anywhere.”  Road & Track’s road test was equally enthusiastic.  Then, BMW took a cue from American manufacturers,

    The BMW 2002 Production Run

BMW 02 series are like the original Volkswagen Beetles in one way (besides both being German classic cars)—throughout their long production, they all essentially look alike—at least to the uninitiated:  small, boxy, rear-wheel drive, two-door sedan.  Aficionados know better.   Not only were there three other body styles—none, unfortunately, exported to the US—but there were some significant visual and mechanical changes over their eleven-year production run.   I’ve extracted t
