fifty: haha why not :)

Not much time for my own car since I opend my speedshop www.dynotech.se . Made M20 world rekord on standard parts last week. Standard M20B25 with changed camshaft and springs, rest untouched. Gt42 turbo 62mm compressor and 67mm turbine. VEMS managmentsystem running on e85 fuel.

Made 647whp and 790wnm @ 1.94bar of boost on my Dynapack dyno.

You'll find the thread about it here -> http://www.e30tech.com/forum/showthread.php?t=105048

Next update I will post some dyno result from an Boosted M10 :)

I can't login on my old user on this forum since my registered email doesn't work any more..

Anyway I have made some small tests on the dyno.

470whp in my dynapack 5000 dyno @ 14psi boost and max power on 8820rpm

I have the M10 WR Record with only ground boost on the wastegate.

575whp with 20psi of boost. More to come I want to

Last run made 740whp with 95% duty on my new bosch 2200cc injectors. I have to raise the fuelpressure and give it more boost :)

Yes Im using redline....

Tested superstage alittle with cracks in my turbo exhaust so I lost allot of register to run on, so It was hard to drive on superstage.

Also found a lubrication failure when reving the engine hard for a couple of minutes. The oil will not have time to come back on the oilsump when reving 9500-10000rpm.... I also have to find a solution on my heavyduty oil pump m10 pump with m30 rotor. Bmw 02 standard chain will not handle the force from the m30rotor racing oil + revs... I also have a special solution on the oil in the head problem..

Here's a teaser

Atm Im waiting on my new inconel exhaust valves, and my 2nd custom camshaft, alittle change to the timing, hope it will perform as I want. I'm also building a new turbo exhaust pipe changing from SS steel to standard, I want to get rid of all the cracks...

All these changes and meybe I can finaly reach my goal :)

BMW Neue Klasse - a birth of a Sports Sedan

Unveiling of the Neue Klasse Unveiled in 1961, BMW 1500 sedan was a revolutionary concept at the outset of the '60s. No tail fins or chrome fountains. Instead, what you got was understated and elegant, in a modern sense, exciting to drive as nearly any sports car, and yet still comfortable for four.   The elegant little sedan was an instant sensation. In the 1500, BMW not only found the long-term solution to its dire business straits but, more importantly, created an entirely new

History of the BMW 2002 and the 02 Series

In 1966, BMW was practically unknown in the US unless you were a touring motorcycle enthusiast or had seen an Isetta given away on a quiz show.  BMW’s sales in the US that year were just 1253 cars.  Then BMW 1600-2 came to America’s shores, tripling US sales to 4564 the following year, boosted by favorable articles in the Buff Books. Car and Driver called it “the best $2500 sedan anywhere.”  Road & Track’s road test was equally enthusiastic.  Then, BMW took a cue from American manufacturers,

    The BMW 2002 Production Run

BMW 02 series are like the original Volkswagen Beetles in one way (besides both being German classic cars)—throughout their long production, they all essentially look alike—at least to the uninitiated:  small, boxy, rear-wheel drive, two-door sedan.  Aficionados know better.   Not only were there three other body styles—none, unfortunately, exported to the US—but there were some significant visual and mechanical changes over their eleven-year production run.   I’ve extracted t
