You can have the Ferrari'ies, and the turbos, and the Benz'es and the Alpini-ies. But chics dig a big weiner. Ergo, there is no contest, no question:

Otis - you missed the Weinermobile at the Pittsburgh GP.

AMC Gremlin with a factory 350 V8, 4 speed manual and Levi's denim interior.

What, no one wants an AMC Ambassador, Matador or Hornet??

ps: AMC installed 360 and 401 c.i. V8's in their vehicles.

I always loved AMC as a little kid, I had dreams of my first car being a Gremlin for some strange reason. Doing some research, they actually came with a 304, 0-60 in 8.4 seconds. I should have known this for all the oggling I did at them as a kid. Oh, and Andy, that car is awesome!

pureaudio: You are correct - I missed the "little" 304 engine. I remember going with my parents to look at the "new" Pacer when AMC first came out with it (aka the fish bowl). Glad we didn't buy that one. Andy - what about a Pacer "X"?

The weinermobile can't corner for anything

I have never had the occasion to corner when using my weiner. Usually, it's just straight forward, with perhaps a fair-warning request to open wide and say, "Ahhhh."

Ergo, I'll stick with my original choice.

Or perhaps the Pussymobile. Then again, if the winnings are sufficient, why not both? After all, the Pussy and the Weiner seem naturally suited for each other.
