An '02 in a comic strip?

Saw this in today's paper...look at the last panel, the car just behind the school bus.  Note  the (nearly) round tail lights and the trim piece connecting 'em.  Also what looks like  hint of Hoffmeister kink, wrap-around rear bumper, and rear window shape.  Sure could be a 2002...whadda ya think?
