Yup, unless you have a inch/pound torque wrench, all torque wrenches, except maybe the electronic, ones are only accurate in the middle of the range IE a 100 ft/lbs is most accurate from 25 ft/lb to 75 ft/lbs before of after that it's just a wrench.
