Probably a 0 offset 8".  Superlite. But there is a +20 offset available, and the

hub face looks like it's inside the drop, so they might be +20.

The thing is, with enough money, you can have them any way you want,

so you'd need to ask the owner/mechanic/company that built the thing

to get a definitive answer.

Because they could be anything.

They LOOK very much like Superlites, but who knows over the internets.

Why that much offset, I have no idea.  It steers like a pig, and fouls everything.

On my pig cheeked 02 I run, 13x8, et negative 10 with 205/60r13 tires. The fitment looks close to your first picture of the chamonix/green car.

Thanks, I was thinking these were definitely a negative offset. Any suggestions on where you can get a set?

@M3This

I bought my wheels from Compomotive.

Here is a link to their site with a similar wheel in -12 offset. Now that I think about it, I believe my wheels are -12 also. Side note, I had to take a BFH to my front wheel well to prevent rubbing at full lock.

Order the ML1381 and other online today.

Did you consider looking for the specs on the rim as I  suggested? Seem easy enough......

the photos I posted above were just found online. I did some digging for the owners and the green and white car is from Europe somewhere and the white car is from California (maybe someone on here knows the owner).

Sorry, i missed that  part! I vaguely recall an Alpine brochure for 2002 with four rims that looked like that. Maybe look for that.

So did some digging and found out some details.

This car is owned Nicolas and Christian Traber of Graber Sportgarage AG in Switzerland. The car runs 13x9" Minilite wheels front and rear with 215/55 R13 road set up and 230/550 R13 slicks for track use. He didn't remember the offsets and I didn't want to keep bothering him, but maybe Minilite knows.

Im amazed that 9" fits front and rear. But not sure if those are your average pig cheeks.

This car is a CA owned car. He is running Compomotive ML1381 in 13x8 ET -12
