A 4 x 100 PCD rim should measure 100mm (10cm or 3.94”) from the center of one stud hole to the center of the opposite stud hole (not the adjacent hole). These rims don’t look too far from that. A 4 x 98 PCD rim should measure 98mm (9.8cm or 3.86”) from the center of one stud hole to the center of the opposite stud hole.  PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter) is the diameter of a circle, having its center at the center of the rim and running through the midpoint of each and every stud hole.

Hi,

 

Did you ever determine what the PCD is? Have you tried fitting on a 4x100 car and found it conclusively does not fit.  They look close to 4x100 but the ruler isn’t lined up well enough to tell.  You can order an inexpensive plastic PCD gauge online to get an exact measurement.  I have one.  Nice to have!
