I believe Joe is referring to the square holes in the front lower valance, as below.

I am planning to take my Behr off this weekend to get at the evaporator.  PM me with your address and I will ship it along with a busted up spare to you next week.  I must say that there is a reason why most of the surviving Behr consoles are in bad shape.  The mounting/interface areas are highly stressed.  Plastic is a poor choice of material for this console.

I will PM you!

square bumper hole plugs for '74-'76 would be cool.

Hell yeah!  I don't have access to one of those cars at the moment, but I think that would be a pretty easy part to model, I will find someone to help me get some dimensions!

Now we're talking!  That will be 2 parts that you have in production.  I've seen so many cars with open holes, I knew there would be interest in covers.

Rad!  Already have  a short production run of the earlier style covers on the way!

Holy cow this is so cool!  Can you do an entire Zender-style body kit? :)

I can only do pieces a max of about 380mm long, but I like your thinking!

Pics!!!  I can print anything, and print cost is reasonable, its just the CAD that takes a lot of time (or costs too much)

Sorry for the slow reply, I've been away for awhile, but still interested in the following pieces:

BMW 2002 Frigiking AC console front panel (minus chrome vents/aluminum panel) made without a cutout for a radio

BMW Neue Klasse sedan pedal cluster plastic pieces - especially the piece between the clutch spring and clutch pedal and the two "hats".  All the pieces pictured for the pedal cluster are NLA from BMW at this point and the spacers for the pedal pivot points cross reference as a 2002 part also FWIW.

Any chance you have the dimensions used for the roundie bumper plug? The .stl awesome (I also have access to a 3D printer) but I want to be sure I have the dimensions correct. I would measure my car but I am unable to remove the bumper right now. Thanks!

Sorry, I don't.  My bumper is intact as well.  I made that STL file.  But I didn't measure the holes, only eyeballed photos for radii and proportions.  I left the re-scaling in Sten_Mitchell's hands.

Also, I created the STL file with generic units.  I don't know 3d printer software.  Can geometry be rescaled?  Anyway I could alter the STL file easily if someone presented the actual dimensions of the holes.

I could make those parts pretty easily, 02tom!  I will have to yank them out of my 02 and see if I can't model them up!  If you know of anyone with extras they could send me (even old, ratty ones) let me know!

I currently have some bumper covers available, I will post them in the for sale section!  Special pricing for forum members!

I will work on getting the square hole covers done as well, I do not have a car to reference just yet.

If one of you with square holes wouldn't mind taking some close up pics I would appreciate it.

I appreciate your enthusiasm for this stuff and hope I haven't made it too difficult in deciphering some of my post.  The cup holder looks good, but I'm having a hard time placing where it mounts?  Possibly the front edge of the dash board?

The pedals are from a NK sedan and may be of interest to others on the NK forum (https://www.bmw2002faq.com/forums/forum/20-nk-general-discussion/)

I didn't realize I needed these parts until I took mine pedal assembly apart to go through it and others may not realize they need these parts until the clutch spring breaks or they take their pedals apart.  NK clutch pedal parts diagram on realoem.com

The 2 identical tubes (bushings) in the picture are also used on the clutch pedal of a 2002 but only on the clutch pedal - the brake pedal has a different part number - probably the same except for the length.  See #4 in the diagram / also note #16's different part number and may still be available.  These are wear items, so working off a used piece may not be the best idea unless taking into account the measurements off the pedals and bolts that the bushings are protecting.

2002 pedal box diagram on realoem.com

These are the only parts I have and spares are very hard to come by for the Neue Klasse sedans it seems.  Possibly I could send what I have with the understanding that I would want them back as a backup?

Thank you for the clarification!  I will just keep those on the list of things to eventually draw up...  I have plenty of CAD to do for now.   Here are some pics of the cupholder, it just snaps on and mounts very nice and firm.  I may actually remove a little material and smooth it out, but its functionally perfect.

I love the cup holder but for me I think it needs something to support the bottom. Recognise that will spoil the simple elegance but not sure If I would trust it with a typical paper coffee cup and it can't cope with parallel sided containers like cans or bottles (not beer!)

BMW Neue Klasse - a birth of a Sports Sedan

Unveiling of the Neue Klasse Unveiled in 1961, BMW 1500 sedan was a revolutionary concept at the outset of the '60s. No tail fins or chrome fountains. Instead, what you got was understated and elegant, in a modern sense, exciting to drive as nearly any sports car, and yet still comfortable for four.   The elegant little sedan was an instant sensation. In the 1500, BMW not only found the long-term solution to its dire business straits but, more importantly, created an entirely new

History of the BMW 2002 and the 02 Series

In 1966, BMW was practically unknown in the US unless you were a touring motorcycle enthusiast or had seen an Isetta given away on a quiz show.  BMW’s sales in the US that year were just 1253 cars.  Then BMW 1600-2 came to America’s shores, tripling US sales to 4564 the following year, boosted by favorable articles in the Buff Books. Car and Driver called it “the best $2500 sedan anywhere.”  Road & Track’s road test was equally enthusiastic.  Then, BMW took a cue from American manufacturers,
