Saw this in ebay the other day. Kinda interested in it for my dcoes. Seem to solve the clearance issue while providing some tuning (longer runners) anyone have experience with these? Thanks in advance.

I've only seen pics and someone else posted about them a few months ago. They look interesting, though I'm not so sure about those filters...

Yeah not sure about the filters but they are foam not screen mesh. I've always heard foams are better than mesh.

These look nice. But will not work with my old style italian weber dcoe 32. It needs a flange type velocity stack not the slip on. I have the main and auxillary venturi to deal with.

I'm assuming yours are the newer type dcoe 40 and are slip on. If so i have a set i bought from jam eng. this is how i found out that the slip on does not work with my italian dcoe. pm me if interested. One is slightly blemished though.

I thought IE had some curved stacks too. Theirs might fit a real filter...

Yes they do. But it's only the slip on not flanged. I have the older italian weber that requires the flanged stacks.

Technically, those aren't 'velocity stacks' as they're straight pipe.

 

And I bet they work fine.  Generally, Ireland's parts do.

 

But they remind me of something very different....

...I'm trying to recall what....
