Just put 2-3 drops of super glue into injecters. I used the stock throttle cable on my conversion.

It looks like you are getting close!

 

You may have already noticed this, but there is a vacuum port on the number four intake runner which needs a cap.  I cannot see the one on the number one runner, but it should also be capped, (as well as the one below the base of the carburetor).

I have the carb manifold for this if you need...just lmk. I believe the ports on your head are of the smaller variety (118 head sized), so the ports on a 02 manifold wont match.

E21 has a 1.8i head at this point- same ports as 121- on 2002 heads...

Regular 02 manifold will work.
