Hey I did a search for LJI Seals and didn't find anything.  Any one use these seals under the hood?  It seems like all the conversations having to do with LJI are positive.  Was going to order today...

Wondering on the quality of the item.  I'm ok with paying the $105 if it supports small business and the guys that run them.  They also state "better than new".  Don't know how you can make a seal better but who knows.

While on the subject, what is seal #18 and where does it go?

18 goes up on the lip of the hood.

Then where does #16 go?

#18 fits on the trailing end of part #15.  I've used, and am using, numerous underhood rubber pieces from La Jolla Independent and they seem to be fine.  I'd have no qualms ordering from them.

Oh now I see. #18 goes in the center of the lip and #16 goes across the width of hood. Thanks.
