engine and drivetrain Bmw M10 Connecting Rod Bearings Third Undersize

Does anyone know where they sell this size, I can only find 1 place and thats BMW they want 13 bucks each

My motor is a factory replacement motor and it had 1st over on mains and 3rd over on conn rods

will have to find a new crank if I cant find bearings?

13x8 thats per half

I havent either but it says qty per car 8, so it must be per half? check the link if it works

absolutely bizarre. Give Ireland Engineering a call; they should be able to get you bearings in most sizes.

Make up your mind.  Are the bearings oversized or undersized? 

The way I see it, when a crank has been ground, it is obviously undersized and then requires an undersized bearing-shell.  We’re talking diameter here, not shell thickness.  And yes, bearing shells are sometimes sold individually.

Just checked with mahle clevite..  they only list std and 10's..  ur going to either have to pony up and buy halves at dealer prices or find a crank.

Rockauto lists Glyco as still having .75mm undersize.  They usually have what they say they have, unlike a lot of others.

 

$50.  They've been around a long time.
