  4. Not sure why that was so difficult for me to understand. Hopefully all good now. Thanks all for the input! Dennis
  5. Any luck using a vintage speedometer wired to GPS? If so, who did you use?
  6. Thanks for the help! Keep in mind your audience (that's me), has the mechanical intelligence of a six grader. Here is a picture from below. Doesn't the C shaped plate serve to attach the top plate, spreading the load over a wider area? Should the C shaped plate be on top with the attached bolts facing down. Thanks again Dennis
  7. TobyB- Seen posts about the noise the GC plates make. Any way to minimizethis?

  9. I have the Ground Control adjustable camber plates. There is a 1cm space at the top of the strut that is not threaded so the nut that secures the strut cannot come into contact with the top plate of the GC parts (plate the arrow points to. Am I doing something wrong, (likely scenario), part missing, design... Thanks, Dennis Ground control.HEIC
  10. So it is a part of the firewall, and not a separate, identifiable part?
  11. Trying to identify the circled metal piece. Is it part #3, (Column front left)? View is of the front passenger side wheel well. Wheel well on the opposite side is pushed in, similar to this picture. Is this done to allow bigger wheels? Thanks, Dennis
  12. Its a squadron of mirrors flying in tight formation!
  13. Purchased a refurbished glove box from CoupeKing. Arrived well packed, box in good condition, but the side tab had broke off. Messaged CoupeKing and they offered to send out a replacement, just send pictures, return the box, etc. They have been great to deal with, don't want to burn their profit margin if the missing tab won't affect function/what not. My question is whether the missing tab on the left side will affect use/alignment/appearance in any way? My car is in pieces, having a hard time seeing what the function of that tab is. Picture #1- Right side for comparison Picture #2- Broken tab on the left side Picture #3- Another picture of the broken tab on the left side Thanks, Dennis
  14. So tempting. Now I remember why I don't look at the cars for sale section. Dennis
  15. Anyone from the Seattle/Portland area going to Brisbane? If you could bring a steering box back rebuilt by Einspritz I would chip in for gas. Thanks, Dennis
  16. When you call him, as soon as he answers hit record on your phone. He will provide more information in five minutes about our cars/engines than most people could in an hour. No chance you can write it all down, believe me I have tried. Dennis
