  1. Any underside details and pictures along with trunk pics?
  2. Andrew, You can put me in line for a set to match my 1973 dual master cylinder basic 2002. Email: MBamboatcomcast.net. Thanks, Gregg
  3. Could you post front, side & rear pic of your 91-92 245? For the top asking price, is it complete with linkage and new seals? Thanks
  4. I am also looking to purchase a 81-83 245 in the $600 range. It has to be in solid smooth shifting non leaking condition with linkage included. Considering to replace my 4 spd 73 2002. If not local, shipping agreeable to Salt Lake City. If you have one to offer, please include pictures of rear, side and front. Thanks, Gregg
  5. Could you post a picture of your other front spoiler if it is still available? Price?
  6. You might consider researching this unit designed specifically for the 2002 as a replacement. Web search: Dtechnik out of Dallas. Ph 213-352-0868. I have purchased the interior unit but haven't installed it yet.
  7. No, I don't have the e21 driveshaft flange. Are there any other items not presently attached to the transmission that I would need?
  8. I will take the transmission if you will ship it to Salt Lake City , Utah. Send me a purchase invoice and I will respond with Paypal payment. Gregg
  9. I also need speedometer repair. I have a quote from Palo Alto Speedometer for $350, which I consider a little high. Would you mind telling whether North Hollywood Speedometer is in a more reasonable range? Mine works but the trip odometer isn't working and the speed is reading 10mph faster than actual @ 65 mph. Thanks
  10. Is the bucket free of rust rot? In other words, is any rust only light surface trace?
  11. I got the model numbers but who is the manufacturer?
  12. I have never seen these before. Where are they installed, inner or outer side of fender? Is this a set of 4 to fit each wheel well? Do you have a picture of installed position?
  13. I'll take a chance that they might be salvegable, I'll send you $60 plus postage to send to Salt lake City, Utah
  14. Is the 5 speed a Getrag 245? If so , how much do you want for it?
  15. It is a constant 6 1/2" all the way around from level ground to the base of the rocker panel as depicted in your provided pic. Thanks for the position clarification. I couldn't detect an\y writing on the springs or dots on the rear spring pads.
  16. Having our first snowfall today, so staying home and adding something else to my 73 2002 seemed like a sensible thing to do. The light stands at just the right height on the rear shelf. You have to remove the shelf pad and if you place it just right in the middle there is already a rubber plugged hole to run the wire through. Wire was just the right length to attach to the left rear stop light power and ground connector stubs. Purchased from Juliano's Interior Products (SKU:JUO18600). Mine is brake light only but the have a similar model that includes the left and right turn blink.
  17. I took measurements from level ground to the highest point of each fender arch: front is 23" and the rear is 22" and similar on both left and right sides. The rear coils are yellow in color and the fronts are black or neutral color. I now have to assume that the yellow rears are a replacement with brand unknown. Any clues on who supplies yellow coil replacement and what their performance purpose is?
  18. I am trying to determine if my 73 2002 has already had lowering springs installed. I am running P175/70R 13" tires all around and unloaded there is zero vertical gap in the rear and two inches up front between the top of the tire and the outside edge of the fender. For those of you with identical 13" tires, without suspension modification, what is your gap front a & back?
  19. Give me a call if you will accept $350 shipped to SLC Utah. 801-596-8631. Gregg There's still a couple of adjustments that need to be done. It also still needs C clips for the brake rod on both ends, a nut on the top of the brake rod, and a bolt for the throttle arm. I rebuilt this myself and since I'm not a professional rebuilder, I'm selling it as is. $300 is too low though. Professional powder coating, zinc plating, and new parts aren't cheap.
  20. 95% complete? What 5% is missing to perform and immediate install? Would you accept $300 for the pictured rebuilt pedal box? Ready to buy now. Thanks,
  21. Curious that your post is from Santa Cruz. Do you have residences in both places? If you do, could you bring the wheels to Santa Cruz for the pick up? Otherwise, just eliminate me as a prospective buyer as my relative isn't available for the long drive to Soda Springs. Thanks,
  22. Are the wheels located in Santa Cruz or Soda Springs? Soda Springs won't work for me but Santa Cruz would. Let me know and If it is Santa Cruz, my relative can pick them up and I'll send the $500 to how you specify. Gregg 801-596-8631
  23. Interested in the package without the engine. How much if you still have it?

  24. I spotted a Gertrag 5 speed on Ebay for a nice price. It is listed as a 242/245 from a 1980 320I. Is that a false description? The case numbers are: 242.0.325.00. What is the difference between a 242 & 245 of that year? Is there a preference? My intention is to install the proper mate in to my 73 2002. Thanks,
  25. Was Anna a 2002? What is the ET? Are the studs for the wheel included? I ask only to insure a 15" wheel would fit on my original 73 2002. I have a relative in Salinas that could pick them up if you can insure it will fit without spacers or alteration.
