    Actually a couple of collars over the shaft might be easier to fine tune air gap.

    Can’t help with the coil but… Does it die bc too much or too little fuel? Check cold start valve - does it leak? Fuel pressure - from el.pump to kf unit. Is it enough? And the classic: engine earth cable(s) & points. Oh and don’t zip tie anything to ignition leads. That’s asking for trouble.

    Turbo calibers were used also in E3/9/12/24 E23 has 4x40 wide calbers but only one brake pipe (line) fitting.

    OE is style 5. 6.5x14 et 30 and for x (4wd) et 45. So shop for et 30 rims. Aftermarket b/weaves may have other widhts & et’s. Always look for markings or ask fotos of them. Of all of the rims being for sale. Learned the hard way

    35 mm sounds awfully small. Visible piston top is smaller dia than piston. You did pry dust cover off to measure piston (bore) size?

    When i did mine i sandblasted old rails & painted em. Old rubber went in easy (glued in as per oe), window went in easy, again with glue. Iirc rubber is about 2 mm thick.

    Air cleaner front duct is missing? Bumbers & trim is gone. Honda accord (?) seats are ugly but might be comfy - how rails are done? Those seats needs to go imho. Additional metal work there? All the parts thats needs to be replaced or are missing - $$$$$. + paint. It’s gonna cost. but…. what others have said… idk

    Could be 4x40 calibers. Can’t remember Ate casting marks for em. Pretty easy to measure thou. What those discs measure?

    Rivets. I put a little tabs of butyl sealent around holes before riveting to battle future rust issues.
