Have you checked if the heater valve is working? That is the likely culprit. It is located under the hood against the firewall just to the passenger side of center. Perhaps the cable is not connected properly, or the valve needs a rebuild.

Post in the for sale forum. But they do not go for much unless there is something special for it. I had my engine + tranny listed for months before selling them both for under $200 total. It was located in a smaller city though. -

Those don't look right for recaros. Also, you would still need new vinyl obviously. You will end up spending about as much for some odd shorter wider "recaros" -
