  1. Goatman, can you give me an e-mail, want to ask you something about the Alpina head?
  2. Thank you for answers, tomorrow i will send you detailed pictures. Regards.
  3. e-mail sent on owner and repair manuals, parts catalogues, Autoflug and Berga battery brochures.
  4. Thank you for your answer. I guess the better way for me is to cut a little bit from the back side of the lense to take it off the chrome part. Btw, i just saw that in one of the lenses there are some little cracks. I know here in my country there are some people which are fixing cracks in a real glass, but this is plastic and do you know if it's possible? I know it's a little bit waste of time, because i can just buy some better or new signals, but the feeling when you do it yourself is different... Cheers.
  5. My turn signals are not so bad, but since i'm doing everything on the car and the new set is not cheap, i'll rebuild them too. My question is - is it able the chrome part to be removed, from the turn signal, because it needs to be rechromed. I'm sure there is a way to sepparate them, but want to ask first before i break something. And if someone did this before and have some pictures of the process it would be great.
  6. With my tii engine was the same. It was parted out and the pistons were just like this (for E12 head), but shaved very much, and the original head is 121...
  7. The car looks very good to me. It has all most expensive parts like bumpers, grills, trim line, etc. straight and in very good condition from what i see. I guess you know how much costs the new OEM fenders, also it has Momo Prototipo old style and if i see right it's genuine Alpina style, it seems to me that there's logo Alpina on it. Anyway, i would take it immediately...
  8. No, but for me it looks very ugly, 80's and like it was taken from totally different car. My 02 cents..
  9. Can you give e-mail, i'm interested in trading... or write on my mail. Cheers.
  10. I don't know the condition of my injectors, but since i'll rebuild the pump i will also take a look of rebuilding or buying new ones, but of course not so expensive. Even if my are good they will need some rebuild or new ones after a few years when it will be even harder to find solution of the problem... And as far as i know they can't be exactly rebuild. Only one good cleaning... but i'm not sure, tell me if i'm wrong. Since CJ tells that they are similar with the old MB ones maybe it will be easy to find new MB ones which can fit somehow on the tii. Maybe the MB's with mech. injection are not as rare as the tii. We all know that the BMW ones are expensive not because the injector is something complicated thing (i'm talking about the Tii ones!), it's because it's oldtimer and the tii's are getting harder and harder to find... So does anybody has information about which MB models are using mech. injection, or even some more detailed information. Also does anybody have a blueprint of the injector? Any chances of custom making of it? From the outer side look very simple, the harder part is the inner side...?
  11. I'm thinking of lightweighting the connecting rods, the crank and a little bit the flywheel, but... what about the pistons? I know ofcourse the JE pistons is better, but have anyone tried this. As far as i know the bottom part of the piston can be cut a little bit. Have anyone tried this and what is the result. What is the weight of stock piston and how much be removed?
  12. Yes, the 3-spoke steering wheels are with the old style Alpina logo and the old style Alpina horn. Like it was said it's flat momo prototipo. ALSO on the 3-spoke wheels there is a MOMO logo on the backside of the steering wheel. Somewhere where the Alpina logo on the face side stays, but on the back side. And see what i'm doing now guys. But still has a lot of things to do... It's for my tii.
  13. For now there are only shells. The guy i found for upholstery have some problems now and maybe will not be able to make it. I'm off on a vacation now, but as sson as i get back in Bulgaria i will find somebody else who will do the work. But if somebody wants and have somebody else for upholstery i can make shells...
  14. I'm searching for clear detailed pictures of straight and good looking 02 front in the under front bumper area. Here is what i'm talking about.
  15. How much do you want for the set, i'm interested? Please e-mail me or write here.
  16. 2719550 Euro Tii, Prod. date: 03.07.1973 Color: Golf, will be Colorado soon Sunroof Regards.
  17. Never seen it before. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1969-BMW-1600-1800-2002-TII-NK-CLUSTER-GAUGE-VDO-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem5d2a7071c7QQitemZ400143970759QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories I guess it sits on the place of stock fuel/temp gauge?
  18. If you like it and if you feel that it's your car, then buy it. I don't know why you're asking. I agree that it has to stay stock... If you have the money to make a COMPLETE resto (not low budget "resto" with putting most of the old parts, just repaint it), then do it. Yes, it's hard, it takes time and money, we all know that, but there's always something cool when you know that you made this car alive from nothing. At least i did like that with my tii. I just saw it and i told to myself "this is my car" and that's it.
  19. I'm interested too, tell me is there a difference between the sport the stock pump. Also i'm interested in the high-performance pump which he offers. I think the HP pump is something similar with the A4 pump...???
  20. Guys, please write the prices of the rebuilding. And if this is for the pump only or for injectors and other parts. What are the prices of Jerry Fairchild and BayArea02, H & R Fuel Injection, Mashinter Research Center, Pacific Fuel Injection, Precision Automotive?
  21. They are around $35 new... no offence, it's yours and you know it's worth, but it's not much correct
  22. Do you know from what car are the electric windows? Maybe again BMW 2500 or CS?
