  1. Sorry for the late reply... the M3 wheel is 15 inches. $60 for the Airbox...
  2. My long search for 36mm Chokes from my DHLA40s ending with Gabriele David in Italy, he sells Dellorto parts on ebay with a user name of alfa1726... or something like that. If you contact him he can get any DHLA part/jets and his prices are excellent. My 36mm Chokes were $14 each plus $11 shipping to CA. fyi... Motorcyclecarbs place wanted $85 each.. what a f'n joke.
  3. Very expensive, but they can get anything (they probably get their product from Eurocarbs and add their costs).
  4. Sorry, it's for the San Francisco Area Bay Area 02 Swap/Show this weekend.

  6. No track.. just got for 'display' purposes but I think if/when the Ring package comes out, I may have to pick up that track set.
  7. I got mine from hotslots321... thanks for the other site, I may pick up more
  8. Yeah... it's 1/32 scale but it still gives me that 'special' feeling
  9. Never experienced one, sorry. I'm thinking one that allows fluid to be sucked into the intake manifold causing exhaust smoke is not a 'good' one. I'm wondering to now that you ask
  10. Has anyone attemped to modify the instrument cluster to swap positions of the Tach and Speedo? Looking at the Electronic Speedo Thread it occured to me that swapping positions of the 2 would be a nice mod. In addition, rotating the Tach so that 7K rpm is at 12 o'clock. I believe Porsche 914 and 911's have it setup as such. Let's see pic's if it has been done!
  11. .. or try Auto-Rx. It's a engine cleaning product that you put in your oil for a few thousand miles and it works slowly. Check Bobistheoilguy dot com.
  12. I think I have 3 new ones... I had 4 but one had cracked plastic around where the metal fitting is (eventhough it's new). I don't know which cylinder the bad one is off hand. I was gathering my spare parts together for a future 02 garage sale and was going to post them in a few weeks.
  13. I use RP in my M3 and probably will start using it in the new M10 motor. Most shops in my area carry RP so I'm lucky in that regard.
  14. Alameda, I'll keep checking bayarea02.com and join their next drive. I missed the last one. Where you ats? If there isn't one near you, do as I did and put on your own.
  15. I bought some at the Audi dealership awhile back, u can check there.
  16. Here is how I combat that guilt. Let's say a new car payment is about $400-700 a month. If I spend under that, I'm happy Because most of the time there are months I spend zero.
  17. My first tii was vin 276046, and I still have the paper work from I believe Max Hoffman? Sold it for $3,500 10+ years ago and I still see it parked a few miles from my house
  18. How do you like the 5/30 RP? I know it's available in CA for $5'ish at Kragen.
  19. Note to self: Need to participate in a Rally in 2009. Looks like a ton of fun.
  20. torque to about 20lbs while spinning the hub (this seats the bearings and get's it snug), then loosen all the way and immediately torque it about 2lbs (I do this by hand, guesstimate it) then loosen gently to the next hole where the cotter pin will fit... They say 2 hairs loose is way better than one hair too tight. Good Luck.
  21. I don't know if the CR and Standard gearbox are the same weight but if they are, the E30 box is a lot heavier than the 02 or 320, which is a factor of why people don't do that upgrade.
