I often check out Samba as well and am amazed at the great projects... I'd love to have a transporter again one day.

I love them my first automotive affliction was vw`s. I had like 7. My next vw purchase is going to be a notchback or a early crewcab. Never owed either one.

I think notchers are sexy.

Yeah , i like the Notchbacks, but an 02 looks better and can handle more.

There's a guy locally that has a `66 ith safari windows that got new mechanicals and is ready for paint..... I'm considering buying it to finish, drive and then sell for a profit. They're getting expensive!
