If you mean chrome valve caps, I'd say just about any tire shop i.e., Discount Tire, Goodyear, Firestone, etc.

McMaster Carr for the short acorn style in chrome finish.

The new acorn style from BMW are the later style longer with integrated washer.

The drawers at Ace hardware or any good hardware store should yield any finish you want.

I tried to buy one...and I mean only one from Maximillian Imports last year.

Apparently, there are two styles available from BMW.

However, I think you can use the same ones as a VW or Porsche flat four.

Or so said my Michigan mechanic.
