Help identifying clutch pedal tension spring

I have a 1968 1600 and am

missing the spring pictured here. It shows in this diagram as item number 11, but the table with part numbers does not show past item number 7. 
 

Anyone know what this part number is?

Surprisingly, early 2002s (at least up to 1665200 on US spec cars) have that same return spring and adjustable pushrod--not shown in the owners manual as something that should periodically be adjusted.
