Experiences with 8mm Bavauto plug wires?

Anyone still using the Bavauto 8mm high performance red ignition wires?  I still have a set brand new that I have never used. I have always heard bad things about them. They look exactly like the ones from Ireland Engineering, are they the same?  Any feedback greatly appreciated!

Had a set on my son's 320i for years. Worked very well. No issues. Were still on the car when he sold it.

I had a set on a tii that I used to own but that was 10 years ago. I never had any issues with them but as I said, that was 10 years ago. Sorry I can't be of more help!
