I've retired and moved to Hawaii , I'll check in my tool box to see if I still have one of those available .

Well I finally had time to look for the arm & I do have one , in stock so to speak.

Bringing back from the dead.  The lever is no longer available from what I'm told.  Do we have any other options?

If you can’t find a used one, you can try getting a bit creative with a universal throttle rod lever…

 

This one might fit on the knurled pedal pivot side, but you’d obviously need to increase the length by bolting an 3-4” extension onto the arm?. (I’d been eyeing this since our pedal levers went NLA.)

Mine started slipping after I rebuilt the pedal box and installed an IE accelerator pedal. I increased the size of the slot that the bolt passes through with a cutting wheel on an angle grinder and that fixed it for me. Not sure if you can do that to revive your current one or not.
